By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will post the revised date on our website.
Subscription Fee: Clients will be charged to maintain an active account, billed automatically on a recurring basis. All subscription and lead payments are non-refundable.
Lead Fee: Clients will be charged per reactivated lead that gives a time for the client to reach out.
Card Check: To verify cards, an authorization charge may be placed upon signing. If the Client’s card declines at any point, the system will be terminated unless funds are added within 24 hours.
2. Qualified Lead Criteria
A lead is considered Reactivated only if all of the following are met:
- Confirmed homeowner
- Verified name
- Verified phone number
- Verified address
- Requested the client to reach out to them
3. Chargebacks
Client agrees to resolve billing disputes directly with RTSListings before initiating a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, RTSListings may present this Agreement and all related records to the financial institution. Client remains responsible for all amounts due under this Agreement regardless of chargeback status.
4. Ownership and Use of Materials
All content, tools, systems, and materials provided by RTSListings remain the exclusive property of RTSListings. Client may not copy or distribute these materials. Communications and results may be recorded and used for training or promotional purposes.
5. Pause Policy
Clients may pause their subscription for up to 7 days once every 30 days by completing the official pause request form. Pauses cannot be consecutive. Leads already generated may still be delivered during the pause.
6. Disclaimers
RTSListings does not guarantee closings, ROI, or specific outcomes, as results will vary based on agent skill, expertise, and market conditions. RTSListings’ total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client, and it is not liable for indirect damages, fines, or penalties. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold RTSListings harmless from all claims, complaints, fines, or legal actions arising from contact with homeowners or use of leads, including reasonable attorney fees.
7. Performance and Limitations
RTSListings and its assistants will make a reasonable number of attempts to contact each lead but do not guarantee contact, response, or appointment rates. Reactivation success varies depending on lead quality, market conditions, and Client responsiveness. RTSListings does not guarantee the performance of any specific assistant or outcome of reactivated leads.
8. RTSAssistant Services
The RTSAssistant is a trained representative assigned by RTSListings to call and follow up with the Client’s existing leads. The assistant’s role is to contact cold, unresponsive, or past leads, with the goal of reactivating interest and scheduling a preferred and backup time for the Client to call the homeowner directly.
RTSListings will monitor assistant activity for quality control and compliance purposes. The Client understands that RTSAssistants do not provide real estate advice, negotiations, or closing services — their sole responsibility is outreach, scheduling, and updating lead information.
RTSListings may, at its discretion, rotate or replace an RTSAssistant to maintain performance standards. Assistants are not exclusive employees or contractors of the Client.
9. Acceptance
By submitting payment or continuing participation in the RTSAssistant Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including all RTSAssistant-specific policies.
