You’ll need strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers. The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable handling objections, asking the right questions, and thinking on your feet to provide value to potential clients. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a B2C Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing the fulfillment process for our clients, ensuring their campaigns run smoothly and deliver results. This includes handling customer accounts, coordinating outreach efforts, and ensuring leads are properly nurtured and converted. The ideal candidate is efficient, process-driven, and a strong communicator who can manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and quality. You’ll be working directly with our internal team and client accounts to ensure every campaign is optimized for success. While experience in fulfillment or customer success is a plus, we provide full training to equip you with the knowledge and tools to excel.
