1. About Our Service

RTSListings provides lead generation and live transfer appointment services for licensed real estate professionals. We contact homeowners in your reserved area, qualify them through our ISA team and Quality Assurance department, and connect you directly with motivated sellers via live phone transfer.

RTSListings is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide representation, listing services, or transaction management.

2. How It Works

  • We reserve your zip code(s) exclusively — no other agent receives leads in your area
  • Our team contacts homeowners, qualifies their motivation and timeline
  • Qualified sellers are live-transferred directly to your phone
  • You receive full seller details including name, phone, address, and conversation summary

3. Pricing & Payments

  • $19 to start — to experience the service
  • $250 per live transfer appointment — you only pay when you speak with a qualified seller
  • Monthly platform fee applies after the trial period to maintain your reserved areas

All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize RTSListings to charge the card on file for all applicable fees, including per-lead charges and recurring platform fees, as they become due.

All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that all charges are final and not subject to refund, chargeback, or reversal.

4. Our Guarantee

We stand behind our lead quality:

  • Bad lead credits — If a lead does not meet our quality criteria, we credit your account with a replacement lead
  • Credit requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Credits are reviewed based on our call recordings and system records
  • Credits are provided as replacement service credits only — not cash refunds

5. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead meets the following criteria:

  • Individual represents themselves as a homeowner or property decision-maker
  • States they are not under an exclusive listing agreement with another agent
  • Expresses interest in selling within approximately 1–6 months

Client acknowledges that homeowner intent may change and that expressed interest does not guarantee a transaction. RTSListings does not guarantee that any lead will result in a listing, transaction, or commission.

6. Cancellation & Account Wind-Down

  • No long-term contracts — you may cancel your service after the trial period
  • Cancellation must be submitted through the offboarding process provided during onboarding
  • A cancellation request is not considered complete until the offboarding form is submitted and any required exit call is completed

48-Hour Wind-Down Period

Upon submission of a cancellation request, the Client's account will remain active for a maximum of 48 hours to allow for completion of any in-progress lead campaigns, scheduled callbacks, and pending live transfers. This wind-down period is necessary because lead generation campaigns, homeowner outreach, and live transfer scheduling are initiated in advance and cannot be immediately halted.

  • Leads and appointments delivered during the 48-hour wind-down period are considered part of the contracted service and remain fully billable
  • The Client agrees to pay for all leads and appointments delivered prior to full account deactivation
  • Billing will continue during the wind-down period for any services rendered
  • Upon completion of the wind-down period, reserved zip codes are released for other agents

Leads delivered during the 48-hour wind-down period remain valid and billable. A cancellation request does not void charges for services already in progress or delivered.

7. Your Responsibilities

To get the best results from our service, clients should:

  • Follow up promptly with delivered leads
  • Be available to receive live transfers during business hours
  • Maintain accurate contact information and working phone systems
  • Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

8. Results & Expectations

Results vary based on market conditions, homeowner timing, and your follow-up practices. RTSListings provides qualified homeowner introductions — transaction outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Real estate transactions typically take 90–180 days or longer from initial contact to closing.

9. Recordings & Privacy

All calls and communications are recorded for quality control, service improvement, and service delivery verification. RTSListings maintains records including call recordings, call logs, CRM records, and system data. These records may be used as evidence of service delivery in the event of a billing dispute or chargeback.

By using our service, you consent to call recording. California clients acknowledge consent under California Penal Code Section 632.

10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for valid charges constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact RTSListings at [email protected] first to resolve the issue before initiating any dispute with your financial institution.

  • RTSListings will contest all chargebacks and payment disputes using call recordings, CRM delivery records, and system logs as evidence of service delivery
  • In the event of a chargeback, the Client may be responsible for any fees or penalties imposed by the payment processor
  • Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be immediately suspended

11. Intellectual Property

All RTSListings systems, scripts, materials, and software remain the exclusive property of RTSListings LLC. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

RTSListings' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by Client for the specific service in question. RTSListings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost commissions, lost business opportunities, or other business losses.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to Terms

RTSListings may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms of Service.
